Shaykh Muhammad Amin Al-Hasanat Shah Al-Qurashi (Urdu: شیخ محمد امین الحسنات شاہ القریشیُ‎) (Arabic: فضيلة الشيخ محمد امين الحسنات شاه القرشی‎) was born in Bhera, Punjab, Pakistan on 25th Rajab 1369 AH (9 May 1950). His father is the late Justice Shaykh Muhammad Karam Shah al-Azhari.

About

Following family tradition, Shaykh Amin al-Hasanat began learning the holy Qur'an at the age of four and half years and completed the memorisation of the entire Qur'an at an early age. He completed MA (Arabic) at the University of the Punjab. After his marriage in 1979, within a year he traveled to the holy city of Makkah (KSA) and enrolled in Umm al-Qura University and for the next five years gained expertise in Islamic Law. He returned to his homeland in 1985.

Work

Opening ceremony was held at Gyne Hospital Faisalabad to officially open the hospital at the hands of Shaykh Muhammad Amin al-Hasanat Shah al-Qurashi.

Important role of a woman

Shaykh Amin al-Hasanat highlighted the important role of a woman in Islam and how she can actively play her significant role in the progress and development of society. In the end he commented, “Being a student of Jamia Al-Karam is an honour, but being the first students of Jamia Al-Karam’s female Islamic Studies faculty is a unique and blessed honour.”

Election 2013

Shaykh Amin al-Hasanat support PML-N and elected to MNA Sargodha (Bhera Bhalwal Pholarwan Miani Jhawarian) in NA64 against PPP and PTI.
