Early life and education

He was born on 14 June 1974 in Hyderabad, Pakistan. He received his degree in M.A. Economics from University of Sindh, Jamshoro and BE Civil Technology from Mehran University Jamshoro.
Political career

He was elected to the Provincial Assembly of Sindh as a candidate of Pakistan Peoples Party from Tharparkar in Pakistani general election, 2013 and was made the Provincial Minister of Sindh for Information. He was has served as the Provincial Minister of Sindh for archives and local government departments with the additional charge of the Provincial Minister of Sindh for works and services department.
