Career
Proctor competes on the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) and Professional Bull Riders (PBR) circuits, and he has also competed on the Championship Bull Riding (CBR) tour. He is the 2011 PRCA world champion bull rider, and has qualified for the PRCA's National Finals Rodeo five times (2011–13 and 2015–16) in bull riding and the PBR World Finals eight times (2006, 2008–11, 2013 and 2015-16). Apart from being a bull rider, he is also a bareback and saddle bronc rider.
