Shan State Hluttaw (Burmese: ရှမ်းပြည်နယ်လွှတ်တော်) is the legislature of the Burmese state of Shan State. It is a unicameral body, consisting of 137 members, including 103 elected members and 34 military representatives. As of February 2016, the Hluttaw was led by speaker Sai Loon Seng of the Union Solidarity and Development Party (USDP).

General Election results (Nov 2015)

As of the 2015 general election, the Burmese Military holds onto a narrow plurality seats in the legislature, based on the most recent election results. This is the only legislature, so far, that doesn't have the National League for Democracy (NLD) win the most amount of seat in this election. There are also 14 vacant seats that were not contested due to insurgence.
