Shehyan Tahseen (Kurdish: شههیان تهحسین), also transliterated as Şehyan Tehsîn, (born 30 June 1988), is a Kurdish anchor, television presenter and reporter. She was born in the city of Duhok (Kurdish: دهوك) in Iraqi Kurdistan. She started early at the age of 11 as a TV presenter for children shows and programs in Kurdistan TV (first Kurdish satellite channel in Kurdistan. During her studies in University of Duhok she hosted a raising social awareness program Tik Tak Show in Kurdistan TV, which was about the issues of youth, community and their interests.

Television
Shahyan was one of the presenters of the famous show Beyani Bash Kurdistan (English: Good Morning Kurdistan) (Kurdish: بهیانی باش كوردستان) for 6 years in Kurdistan TV. She also had her own program, Tik Tak Show, a raising social awareness program in Kurdistan TV, which was about the issues of youth, community and their interests in Kurdish society.
After her graduation from College of Engineering, Civil Department at University of Duhok 2011 and working 2 years in the field of engineering, she started hosting a television show The Restart Show' about city development from many view points in WAAR TV HD channel mainly dealing with engineering planning and environmental issues.. In addition she worked as a News Anchor in the same channel.
Currently she works as a presenter in Rudaw Media Network for News bulletins and NuRoj morning show.
Events
Shahyan also covers most of the important events held in Duhok, such as Duhok International Film Festival as the event manager and stage moderating dozens of international events, celebrations and conferences held in the Kurdish region. In addition, she has represented the Kurdish Media in many International events. She was the media manager of the Kurdish Delegation at Nashville Film Festival 2013 in the United States and covered the Celebration of Kurdish Cinema Event which was organized by Nashville Film Festival with the Academy Partnership for Kurdish Film Celebration
