Shabir Isoufi (Kandahar, 9 March 1992) is an Afghan footballer who plays for ASWH, as a midfielder. He was capped for the first time for Afghanistan in a World Cup qualification match against Cambodia as a 75th minute sub. In 2011, Isoufi was the highest paid athlete from Afghanistan with an annual salary of $80,000 (USD).

Isoufi has played club football in the Netherlands for Feyenoord, Excelsior, Dordrecht, Telstar and Barendrecht.

In June 2015 Shabir signed a contract with Hoofdklasse club ASWH. In 2016, he promoted with ASWH to the Derde Divisie.

International

He made three appearances for the Netherlands at the 2009 FIFA U-17 World Cup.

Shabir made his debut in the Afghanistan national football team against Laos and scored the second goal in a 2–0 win. He also played against Cambodia and Singapore. He was invited for the 2015 SAFF Championship but was injured before the tournament started.
