Shaabiat Al Cartoon (Arabic: شعبية الكرتون) is a cartoon comedy TV series in the United Arab Emirates that addresses social issues in Dubai, United Arab Emirates society. It was broadcast on television for the first time in 2006 during Ramadan on the channel Sama Dubai.

Shaabiat Al Cartoon originally began as a mobile phone animation service in 2004 and quickly turned into one of the Gulf’s funniest animations in 2006 during the month of Ramadan. It discusses various social issues series based on a group of Middle Eastern families and individuals living in Dubai, their lives and traditions in a very humorous and engaging way.
The cartoon features a diverse set of characters including Shambeh (شامبيه), Atooga (عتوقة), and Bu Mhayer (بو مهير), who deliver funny anecdotes.
Fanar Production, established in 2008, by Adnan Omar Al Obthani, managing director and Haidar Mohamed, co-founder and general manager, produces the series as of 2010. Qanawat produced the series from 2006 to 2009.
