Seth and Willie Fred sometimes simply referred to as SWF, is a Comedy Rock, Country, Southern Rock, Parody band from Blakely, Georgia, formed in 2006. Seth and Willie Fred perform alongside their band which consists of Seth Blue (lead vocals, rhythm guitar), Willie Fred Blue (lead vocals, bass guitar), "Lil" Jimmy Earl (drums), Bobby D (Keyboard, Background Vocals).

According to the band's Myspace in 2006 comedian "Weird Al" Yankovic called the band "Neat" when asked about them by their writer and producer Jonathan Smith.
