Distribution
It is found in subtropical Africa where it had been recorded from Cameroon Congo, Ethiopia, Ivory Coast, Sao Tomé, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Madagascar, La Réunion and Mauritius.
The larvae had been recorded on Doratoxylon aptealum (Sapindaceae).
