Sergey Psakhie — (born March 2, 1952 in Tomsk) is a Russian physicist, Chairman of the Presidium of the Tomsk Scientific Center of the Siberian Division of the Russian Academy of Sciences. He is the author and co-author of more than two hundred scientific papers, including five monographs.
