Serafima Vakulenko

Career

Serafima began her career in 2007 at Armani fashion house on couture runway. In February of the same year she went to Milan where she participated in a walk for fall Prada show. On February 17 of the same year she participated at the Milan Fashion Week and was featured in V as well. In July 2007 she appeared in Japanese fashion magazine Spur and the same month was seen on Russian edition of Harper's Bazaar. In August of the same year she appeared in both Italian and Korean Vogues following by participation at the Yigal Azrouel and Adam + Eve shows in September of the same year and ending with Marc Jacobs naming a purse in her honour. In February 2008 she appeared on a runway of London's Amanda Wakeley and Luella as well as at Pollini fashion house in Milan. During the same month she also walked for such brands and designers as Akris, Christian Lacroix, John Galliano, and Sonia Rykiel in the French capital Paris. In September 2008 she is being photographed by Patrick Demarchelier for Max Azria's BCBG fashion house and the same month appears on Cynthia Rowley's runway. She also appeared on runways for Marc Jacobs, Christian Dior, and John Galliano which were shown in cities such as New York City, Milan, and Paris the same year. In January 2009 she again appeared for Christian Dior and Elie Saab.
