Sepekov is a market town in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It has around 1,350 inhabitants.

Hamlets Líšnice and Zálší are administrative parts of Sepekov.

Master Petr from Sepekov – a scholar, lectured at the Charles University in Prague 1410–34, also its dean and rector. ^[1]
