Sepanggar is a federal constituency in Sabah, Malaysia, that has been represented in the Dewan Rakyat since 2004.

The federal constituency was created in the 2003 redistribution and is mandated to return a single member to the Dewan Rakyat under the first past the post voting system.

2004–2016: The constituency contains the polling districts of Karambunai, Gudon, Inanam Laut, Likas Baru, Likas Darat, Kampong Likas, Taman Indah Permai, Bangka-Bangka, Kurol Melangi, Darau, Warisan, Telipok Laut, Telipok Darat, Tobobon, Kokol, Menggatal, Pulutan, Inanam Darat, Poring-Poring, Kolam Ayer, Cenderakasih, Pekan Inanam, Bantayan.

2016–present: The constituency contains the polling districts of Karambunai, Gudon, Inanam Laut, Likas Baru, Likas Darat, Kampong Likas, Taman Indah Permai, Bangka-Bangka, Kurol Melangi, Darau, Warisan, Rampayan, Kibagu, Telipok Laut, Telipok Darat, Tobobon, Kokol, Menggatal, Pulutan, Inanam Darat, Poring-Poring, Kolam Ayer, Cenderakasih, Pekan Inanam, Bantayan.
