Having previously played in the academies of Beerschot and Royal Antwerp in his native Belgium, Miangue moved to Italy in 2013 to join Serie A side Internazionale. Miangue appeared on the bench for Inter for the first time on 10 April 2016. He made his Serie A debut for the club on 28 August 2016, coming off the bench for Davide Santon in a 1–1 draw with Palermo. Two days later he was rewarded with a new four-year deal with the club. He made his UEFA Europa League debut for Inter on 29 September in a 3–1 loss to Sparta Prague.

On 26 January 2017, fellow Serie A side Cagliari announced the signing of Miangue on loan for the remainder of the season, with the club retaining the option of purchase at the end thereof. He made his debut for the club on 29 January and assisted Marco Borriello for a 92nd minute equalizer in a 1-1 draw with Bologna.

Though born in Belgium, Miangue is of Congolese descent through his father who was also a footballer. He is named after former Brazilian Formula 1 World Champion, Ayrton Senna. Miangue is also fluent in four languages.
