Sebastien Toutant (born 9 November 1992) is a Canadian snowboarder, and is occasionally called Seb Toots. He won a silver medal in Snowboard Big Air at the 2011 Winter X Games XV in Aspen, Colorado, behind Torstein Horgmo. He also won gold in Snowboard Slope Style in the same games. It was his first gold at the X Games.

During the spring of 2011, he was the third person to land a triple cork (backside 1440).

Toutant is a member of the 2014 Canadian Olympic team. He placed third in the qualification round and ninth in the finals of the snowboarding men's slopestyle event.
