Sebastian Volco (also known as Volco) is an Argentinian avant-garde composer, pianist and guitar player, best known as the creator of la Orquesta Metafisica, a music ensemble founded in 2009 in Buenos Aires (progressive rock, avant-garde and jazz fusion). Volco played in several Argentinian rock bands, including Fantasmagoria. He also made musical installations (such as Corte 7 in Museo de Bellas Artes, Buenos Aires) and wrote music for theatre and cinema (“Good Life Delivery” by Leonardo Di Cesare (2004)).

Volco's music talks about a growing alienation of human beings living in modern cities.

Since 2012, Volco lives in Paris, where he has formed a piano-bandoneon duo with Pablo Gignoli, bandoneon player of the Orquesta Metafisica (Volco & Gignoli).
