Sean Patrick McDonnell (born October 15, 1956) is an American football coach and former player. He is the current head football coach at the University of New Hampshire, a position he has held since 1999. McDonnell won Eddie Robinson Award 2005 and 2014, which is given annually to the top head coach in the NCAA Division I Football Championship Subdivision (FCS).
