Seč is a village and municipality (obec) in the Ústí nad Orlicí District, Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 2.43 square kilometres (0.94 sq mi), and had a population of 141 (as of 2 October 2006).
Seč lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) north-west of Ústí nad Orlicí, 38 km (24 mi) east of Pardubice, and 135 km (84 mi) east of Prague.
