Scott Clem is an American politician and a Republican member of the Wyoming House of Representatives representing District 31 since January 5, 2015.

2014
After incumbent Republican Representative and Speaker of the House Tom Lubnau announced his retirement, Clem announced his candidacy. He defeated Brenda Schladweiler in the Republican primary and then defeated Democratic candidate Billy Montgomery in the general election, 79% to 21%.
2016
Clem is running for re-election without any Republican opposition, and will face Democrat Dylan Czarnecki in the general election.
