The School of Inspired Leadership, also known as SOIL, is a private business school located in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. It was founded by Anil Sachdev who was formerly the CEO of the consulting firm Grow Talent Company Limited before the consulting business was sold to the American HR Consulting firm Right Management. The name Grow Talent Company was retained and SOIL functions as a unit of Grow Talent Company.

Established as an autonomous body in 2008, the institute offers postgraduate courses in Management and Executive Education. leading to an MBA. The first classes commenced in July 2009.

History
The School was established in response to the leadership crisis facing the industry. It was established to focus on human development with the objectives of providing high quality leadership and management education. SOIL was established in October 2008 by a consortium of 32 companies. Anil Sachdev, Founder and CEO of the consulting firm Grow Talent Company, played a pivotal role in setting up the institute. Earlier in 1978, he joined the Eicher Group and created Eicher Consulting Services before starting Grow Talent Company in 2001.
Academics
The school of Inspired Leadership offers a number of executive and leadership academic programs.
However the courses are not approved by AICTE or any other govt body. Hence the college cannot give a MBA degree nor a diploma after completion of the courses.
Industry consortiums and partnerships
The school has partnered with a group of companies that provide their inputs in various aspects of the institute such as curriculum design, selection of students, mentoring of students, development of case studies, and placements. The consortium includes companies such as Tata Steel, Johnson & Johnson, SAS Institute, ICICI Bank. In 2011, SOIL signed partnerships with MIP Politecnico di Milano, Bainbridge Graduate Institute, and University of New Brunswick, Saint John to conduct cooperative program. These include two way exchange programs for students of each institute.
Social Innovation Program
As a part of its full-time programs, the school requires each student to work with an NGO for one day of the week throughout the entire duration of the course. The school has partnered with 28 Delhi/NCR based organizations and teams of students spend a day every week working with them.
