Early life and education
She was born Alexandra Barrese to aspiring actress Katherine Barrese in Maui, Hawaii. Her mother is of Russian descent, and her father is of English, with some German, Swiss-German, Scottish, Irish, Welsh ancestry. She attended Provo Canyon School in Orem, Utah County, Utah. Barrese also attended Ojai Valley School in Ojai, California, Lycée Français de Los Angeles in Los Angeles, The Buckley School in Sherman Oaks, and Tabor Academy in Marion, Massachusetts.
Career
Barrese and her mother had their acting debut in the 1989 movie Homer and Eddie. The following year the pair starred as the younger and older versions of a character named Jezebel in 1990's Jezebel's Kiss. In all subsequent roles, she is credited as "Sasha Barrese" in lieu of her birth name, Alexandra Barrese.
She had roles in the films The Hangover, The Hangover Part II, and The Hangover Part III, portraying Tracy Billings. She also appeared in the 2010 horror film Let Me In.
