Sarny Małe [ˈsarnɨ ˈmawɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Lewin Brzeski, within Brzeg County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) south-west of Lewin Brzeski, 16 km (10 mi) south of Brzeg, and 27 km (17 mi) west of the regional capital Opole.
