Early life
Sarah grew up in a Reform Jewish household in Hicksville, New York. In high school, she worked at a Dunkin' Donuts and a hair salon.
Career
After high school, she worked at porn shops, as a dancer, and at two legal brothels in Nevada (Wild Horse Adult Resort & Spa and Sheri's Ranch).
Vandella started in the adult industry in 2007 at 24 years-old. She was a Zero Tolerance contract girl between 2009 and 2010 under the name "Sara Sloane". She performed in over 20 titles for Zero Tolerance and its sister companies before being released from her contract and returning to her original stage name.
