After completing her analyst programme she moved to Beijing in 2009 to join online microfinance non-profit Wokai as a full-time volunteer leading business development and fundraising.

Institute Sarita

After graduating from Institut Villa Pierrefeu, a Swiss finishing school, Ho moved to Beijing in 2013 to establish Institute Sarita. Based on a Swiss finishing school concept, the institute provides lifestyle and etiquette training under two main courses: hostessing, a twelve-day course targeting married women, and debutante, a ten-day course targeting unmarried women. Courses include western table manners, floral arrangement, table conversation, dresscodes, and British afternoon tea. In May 2015, Ho opened a second school in Shanghai.

Fengchao Value

In 2017, Ho launched a second company, Fengchao Value, a venture fund and advisory business. In June 2017, she opened Casa Fengchao, a private member's club in Beijing under the Fengchao Value platform.

Casa Fengchao is located in the former residence of Ronglu in Beijing, a Manchu political and military leader of the late Qing dynasty (1644-1911) and grandfather to Puyi, China's last emperor. The building is a cultural heritage site in China.
