Sanepa is a place at Lalitpur District, Nepal. Adjacent to Sanepa lies Jhamsikhel, Balkhu, Kupondole and Teku. Head party office of Nepali Congress is situated at Sanepa.It is popular for tourist residence as well and many restaurants and bars are situated here. Gaining its popularity with tourists, it is also known as second Thamel and Jhamsikhel is also refereed to as Jhamel(from thamel).
