Montenegro Littlefield is one of the largest individual Guatemalan donors to HELPS International. Helps International is a US 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that in partnership with individuals, local and national governments, works to improve drinking water quality, medical care, education, housing, agricultural and economic development in Guatemala.
Montenegro Littlefield serves on the board of directors for the WAS Foundation, a 501(c)(3) public charity established to assist children diagnosed with Wiskott Aldrich Syndrome. The board's responsibilities include organizing high-end, women-exclusive events aimed at fundraising to aid the families of those affected by the condition.
