It was founded in 2002 by Daniel Bernstein, a veteran of the casual gaming industry, whose experience spans from game development to content strategy at WildTangent, Monolith Productions, and Kesmai Studios.

Contents

To date, the Sandlot Games portfolio consists of popular franchises like Cake Mania, Westward, Kuros, Super Granny, and Tradewinds. Although most of its products are downloadable PC games, it offers other titles for Mac, iPhone, iPod, Wii, Nintendo DS and PSP.

In August 2011, Sandlot Games was acquired by Digital Chocolate and is now a fully owned subsidiary. The games are still being sold on steam.
