Sammy Stone Atchison is an American gospel, rockabilly, and country singer and Elvis tribute artist.

Biography
Atchison was born in Port Arthur, Texas and began singing gospel music in church. He has been recording and performing since 1961. He began his career as an Elvis tribute artist in 1970. He has released such songs as "Treat Me Nice," "Love Me," a remake of Jivin’ Gene And The Jokers’ "Breaking Up Is Hard To Do,” "Think About It," “Abilene Honky Tonk Queen,” "Runaway, and Hank Williams songs "My Sweet Love Ain’t Around" and "Baby We’re Really In Love." The song "Think About It" was "Pick Hit of the Week" in Record World magazine in 1977. Atchison also released a version of “Spelling On The Stone,” a song which was originally released on Curb Records in 1988 by an unknown artist. In 2012, a book about Atchison’s life story was published entitled My Life as an Elvis: The Story of Sammy Stone Atchison's Life as an Elvis Tribute Artist.
