Daloncha Puwijarn Cowell(Thai ดลลชา ภูวิจารย์ เคาวเวลล์) known as Sammy Punthita Cowell is a Thai/British actress who is currently active in Thailand. She was born in Bangkok, Thailand on 8 October 1991 to Samuel Cowell, British father and Pityanit Cowell, Thai mother. Cowell is currently studying at Rangsit University.

Career
Cowell began her career as a model for an ice-cream commercial and later participated in a 2007 Thai Supermodel contest which she won. Cowell was subsequently signed with Channel 7 Thailand. In 2008 she acted in the sitcom KuKik Prik Gub Gleur with Shane Nattawat Plengsiriwat, and after accepting a number of supporting roles, was given a major role in the drama Pob Pee Fah in 2009 with Thana Suttikamol. In 2012 she was given a lead role as E-lanoi or Laura in Nang Baeb Koke Gradone. Since then she has acted both in lead and supporting roles for Channel 7 Thailand
