Sambaza sub tehsil of Zhob District is very near to Zohab city where the majority of Suleimankhail tribe and the majority sub tribe of Suleimankhail is manzai, srazkhail mahmoodkhail, and babukhail,they reside in gul kach state and zarmelana state of sambaza tehsil and they have migrated to different parts of Sindh and Punjab, Pakistan.
