Sally Newmarch (born 2 June 1975) is an Australian triple Olympic rower. Sally Newmarch and Amber Halliday broke the light weight women's double scull world record at the 2004 Athens Olympics, Newmarch currently holds the Australian ergometer record. Newmarch now resides in Brisbane, Australia. She attended Annesley College in Wayville, a suburb of Adelaide rowing at the torrens rowing club.

Newmarch was employed at the Wilderness School as the rowing coordinator, and also at Methodist Ladies' College, Perth as the Sports Coordinator and a rowing coach. She is currently Director of Rowing at Brisbane Girls Grammar School in Brisbane, Australia.
