History

SalesPage Technologies, LLC is a privately held company, under the same ownership since it was founded in 1983. SalesPage Technologies (formerly Unitrac Software Corporation) develops distribution management and CRM software from its headquarters in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

The company has weathered multiple technological transitions over its lifetime—from the WANG mini-computer to DOS, to WINDOWS and client/server to web-based and mobile technologies. During the 1990s, the Company developed, marketed and supported a flexible client/server-based solution called UNITRAC.

In early 1997, the company began the development of the brows able SalesPage Product Suite. Over the next several years, the Product Suite and solutions were refined through a series of pilot projects and enhancements prior to official release in April 2000.

In 2004, SalesPage partnered with DST Systems to develop an integrated transaction resolution system and provide SalesPage Financial as a hosted CRM solution to DST's client base (product branded SalesConnect). This partnership was the result of a rigorous functional and corporate due diligence review DST completed with multiple generic and niche CRM providers. SalesPage was ultimately selected.

In 2005, SalesPage partnered with International Financial Data Services (IFDS) of Toronto, Canada. Through this partnership IFDS offers their Canadian financial services clients an on-demand version of SalesPage Financial.

In 2007, SalesPage introduced SalesPage Broker/Dealer. SalesPage Broker/Dealer delivers back-office CRM tools that broker-dealer firms use to help recruit and retain financial advisors.

In November 2008, SalesPage partnered with Coates Analytics, now Albridge Analytics (an affiliate of Pershing). This collaboration integrates SalesPage Financial solutions and Coates’ Managed Money Dashboard, providing SalesPage clients direct access to Coates’ data in their SalesPage Financial CRM application.

In 2012, SalesPage launched a hosted version of their SalesPage Financial solution, in addition to releasing the first Version SalesPage Financial Mobile for iPad.

In the first quarter of 2013, SalesPage unveiled a new product offering, SalesPage DataCenter, for sales data management and reporting.

In 2014-2015, SalesPage grew its team to focus on growth and support its asset management client base. SalesPage partnered with Good Technology to offer SalesPage Mobile for Good.

The SalesPage Product Suite has been rated by ISM, Inc. as one of the Top 15 CRM solutions in the world every year since 2002. In 2006 and again in 2007, SalesPage was awarded one of ISM’s Real Time CRM Solutions Awards.
