Saintgits College of Engineering

History

Saintgits College of Engineering was founded in the year 2002 as a private self-financing engineering college in Kerala. The college is located in Pathamuttom of Kottayam district in Kerala.Saintgits is an abbreviation of Saint gregorios institute of Technology and science, a name given in respect of their patron saint Gheevarghese Mar Gregorios of Parumala popularly known as 'Parumala Thirumeni'.

Saintgits is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and sanctioned by the Government of Kerala under ISO 9001:2008 standards. The courses offered in the institution are affiliated to the Mahatma Gandhi University and APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University.
