Music

Saeldes Sanc's repertoire reaches from Hannah's own compositions to historical and folk songs from all over the world. The genuine arrangements include melancholic ballads as well as frolicking tunes and dances. The texts are performed in a variety of languages including Old French, Middle High German and Early English. Among the regular guests are well-known artists such as Ernst Horn (Deine Lakaien, Helium Vola) and Comte Caspar (Coppelius) as well as a number of fellow troubadours on the musical journey. This journey is a tale of great love, deep despair and pure bliss. It is told by "The Bard" and woven around Hannah's original compositions.

Saeldes Sanc played a good number of concerts and festivals including the Wave-Gotik-Treffen and Spectaculum Mundi all to high critical acclaim. With an album in the making, Saeldes Sanc aims for even higher musical spheres than it has already reached.

Hannah Wagner

Hannah Wagner studies classical singing at the University of Music and Theatre Leipzig. Alongside Saeldes Sanc and her studies she teaches folk song at the Folk Musikschule Halle and sings with the German "Electro-medieval" band Helium Vola.
