Sacco e Vanzetti is an Italian docudrama, made in 1971. It was written and directed by Giuliano Montaldo. The film presents a dramatization of the events surrounding the trial of Nicola Sacco and Bartolomeo Vanzetti.
The films soundtrack was composed and conducted by Ennio Morricone.
The song "Heres to You" introduced in this film (sung by Joan Baez), was also included in several later films.
The story of two anarchists who were charged and unfairly tried for murder when it was really for their political convictions.
