STANANDLOU (S+L) is an independently owned advertising agency with its headquarters located in Houston, Texas. It was founded in 1988 by Stan Mays and Lou Congelio. it is one of the largest independently owned advertising agencies in Houston.
History
In 1996, co-founder Lou Congelio bought out his partner, Stan Mays, and became 100% owner of STANANDLOU.
In 2008, Michelle Reed purchased 50% of the company and became equal partner with Lou Congelio.
