History

Formed in 1992 by entrepreneur Simon Dolan, SJD Accountancy is the parent company to Easy Accountancy and Contractor Umbrella.

In September 2014 Simon Dolan stepped down as SJD Accountancy was acquired in a £100 million deal along with the firm Nixon Williams, by Sovereign Capital, a specialist UK private equity firm.
