Sidney Robert "Bob" Blair, (13 August 1929 – 18 April 2009) was a Canadian engineer and businessman.

Born in Port of Spain, Trinidad, where his father Sidney Blair was managing an oil refinery, the young Sidney Robert Blair would be educated in various settings then begin his studies at Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario at age 16. In 1951, he graduated from there in chemical engineering. He worked across North America in the construction and gas operations and in 1969 became President and Chief Executive Officer of NOVA Corporation.

Blair has three sons and two daughters from his marriage to Lois which ended in divorce by the early 1970s.

He was Canada's Commissioner General at Expo 2000.

In 1980 he was made an Officer of the Order of Canada and was promoted to Companion in 1985.

Blair died at North Vancouver's Lions Gate Hospital on 18 April 2009. His last residence was in North Vancouver.
