Rzuszcze [ˈʐuʂt͡ʂɛ] (German: Ruschütz) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Główczyce, within Słupsk County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) east of Główczyce, 33 km (21 mi) north-east of Słupsk, and 82 km (51 mi) west of the regional capital Gdańsk.
