Ruslan Bakytzhanovich Zhumagulov (born November 14, 1975; Russian: Руслан Бакытжанович Жумагулов) is a Kazakh scientist, doctor of economic sciences, academician of the International Academy of Engineering, and Academician of the National Academy of Engineering RK.
