Ruselli Hartawan (born 27 December 1997 in Jakarta) is a female Indonesian badminton player. She is a singles specialist and also plays doubles. She joined at PB. Jaya Raya, a badminton club in DKI Jakarta. She competed in the girls' singles badminton at the 2014 Summer Youth Olympics in Nanjing, China representing Indonesia but she was stopped in the quarter-finals after being defeated by Akane Yamaguchi of Japan with a rubber games 6–21, 21–18, 11–21.
