Hart Butte No. 11 is a rural municipality in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan. It is located in southern Saskatchewan and is within SARM Division No. 2 and Census Division No. 3. Its population was 272 as of the 2006 Census.

The rural municipality is a part owner of the Fife Lake Railway.

The southern boundary of the RM is the United States border with Daniels County, Montana.

According to the Canada 2006 Census, Happy Valley No. 10 has a population of 272 people, a change of -12.5% from 2001. It has a total of 112 private dwellings, 94 of which are occupied by usual residents. It has an area of 841.94 square kilometres (325.07 sq mi) and a population density of 0.3 inhabitants per square kilometre (0.78/sq mi).
