Rudy Guélord Bhebey-Ndey is a Congolese professional footballer, who played as a Forward for AC Léopards. He suffered a severe spinal injury on July 26, 2015 in a match against Zamalek SC of the Egyptian Premier League. It is unknown as to whether Ndey is still playing, due to the severity of the injury.

International career

In January 2014, coach Claude Leroy invited him to be a part of the Congo squad for the 2014 African Nations Championship. The team was eliminated in the group stages after losing to Ghana, drawing with Libya and defeating Ethiopia.
