Early life
He was born in the city of Ahmedabad in western India and he moved to Australia when he was 18, to study computer science at Sydney University.
Career
In 2011, He was the Founding Chairperson of the Australia India Youth Dialogue and the Founder of Australia India Business Council Young Professionals. In 2015, He became the Non-Executive Director of the Foundation for Young Australians and member of Council of International House at the University of Sydney. He has been the former President of the University of Sydney Union.
Honours and awards
In 2012 Ruchir won the Young Alumni Achievement award.
