The defending Pan American Games champion is Troy Kepper, Chris Callaghan, Gabe Winkler, Dan Beery, Cameron Winklevoss, Sebastian Bea, Patrick O'Dunne, Tyler Winklevoss, Ned Delguercio of the United States.
