Rosemary F. G. Wyse (born 26 January 1957) is a Scottish astrophysicist and professor in the physics and astronomy department at Johns Hopkins University.

Education

Wyse graduated from Queen Mary University of London in 1977 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Astrophysics and obtained her PhD in Astrophysics in the Institute of Astronomy at the University of Cambridge in 1983.

Career

Wyse later moved to the US to do postdoctoral research at Princeton University and the University of California Berkeley. Her work has primarily been in the fields of galactic formation, composition and evolution.
