Ronald Chavez (Born 000000001969-09-11-0000September 11, 1969) is a retired boxer who competed at the 1992 Summer Olympics and is currently a boxing coach.

Chavez was among the 6 boxers who competed for the Philippines at the 1992 Summer Olympics. He reached the quartefinals but did not advance. after he was knocked-out by Hong Sung-sik of South Korea.

Ronald Chavez is married to former volleyball player, Zenaida Ybanez with whom she has at least three children. Chavez's brother, Arlo as well as his son Ronald Jr. were boxers.
