The artist with the most number ones is Shakira with eight songs that reached number one. The positions before 2001 are still unknown except some songs, as the official site only has charts starting from 2001. From 2001 to 2012 there were 142 number-one singles, the longest being "I Follow Rivers" by Lykke Li, for fourteen weeks.

Starting with October 2009, the chart was premierly presented on Kiss FM, each Sunday morning with a delay of a week. The radio show was presented by VJane Andreea Berghea. The compiler of the chart was Nielsen from 1999 to 2010, but from 2010, the chart was compiled by Media Forest Romania, a franchise of an Israeli monitoring agency.
