The Roman Catholic Diocese of Xai-Xai (Latin: Xai-Xaien(sis)) is a diocese located in the city of Xai-Xai in the Ecclesiastical Province of Maputo in Mozambique.

On 31 January 2013, the incumbent Bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Xai-Xai, Bishop Lucio Andrice Muandula, was appointed to serve as a Member of the Pontifical Council for the Pastoral Care of Migrants and Itinerant Peoples by Pope Benedict XVI.

On Monday, March 30, 2015, the Rev. Fr. Alberto Vera de Aréjula was appointed Auxiliary Bishop-elect of Xai-Xai and Titular Bishop of Novabarbara by Pope Francis.
