The Roman Catholic Diocese of Santo Domingo in Ecuador (Spanish : - en Ecuador) (Latin: Dioecesis Sancti Dominici in Aequatoria) is a suffragan Latin diocese in the Ecclesiastical province of the Metropolitan Archdiocese of Portoviejo, in northern Ecuador.

Its cathedral episcopal see is the Catedral La Ascensión del Señor, dedicated to the Ascension, in the city of Santo Domingo de Los Colorados in Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas Province, where also a Future Cathedral: Catedral El Buen Pastor, dedicated to the Good Shepherd, is in under construction.
